Received an invoice from Chico Memorial Hall Maintenance, Event, Decoration Committee (MEDS) for $20 to pay for their website chicoveteranshall.org/ I've been against paying because information is incorrect on it regarding the DAV. Gil sent me an e-mail stating he is having problems with his software working with the server they are using.
Received minutes from the "Town Hall" meeting for the Memorial Hall; read by Jr. Vice Cmdr. James Wolske.
Received a Financial Report from MEDS which was read by Jr. Vice Cmdr. James Wolske. They have $5,636.33 in their account after paying $120 for their web-site.
Gene said that we owe MEDS $300 for the year and $20.00 for the website. Gene made a motion that we pay MEDS. Hank Snow seconded it. It passed, and we paid with a check for $320.00.
Old Business:
I mentioned that life memberships for Michael Zystra and Michael S. Donnelly still needs to be taken care of.
