SUBJECT: Minutes On May 10, 2012, a regular meeting of the Disabled American Veterans, Chapter 125, was held at the Veterans Memorial Hall, 554 Rio Lindo Ave, Chico, CA. The meeting was called to order at 7 P.M. by the Commander, Hank Snow. The following officers were present: Commander: Hank Snow, David Heise, Sr. Vice Commander, Thomas Roda, Jr. Vice Commander: James Wolske, Adjutant: Carlos Castle Chaplain: Dr. Ritter, Treasurer: Richard Sengo, Sergeant at Arms: O.O.D & Legislative Chairman: Jim Strickland, Membership Chairman: Frank Bedene

The Pledge of Allegiances was given
Deceased members the charter was covered in black
None
The roll call was taken
The minutes were read and approved
The Treasurer’s Report was given by Richard Sengo

New Member Michael Zilsum is a new member of DAV Chapter 125 and took the oath.
There was old business to talk about at this time.
The Golf Tournament
New Business
Tony Niscoia and his Car bill and the members voted and it did not pass.
In the Town Hall meeting it was brought up that each group pay $200 to help with the cost of the Elks Lodge for the Veterans Day celebrations on Sunday November 11, 2012 this year. There was a motion made by Frank Bedene and George Holland
The Burshie Funeral Home is asking from each group 200 flags from each group by each will cost 0.74 for each
Joe Turner made a motion and 2 Dr. Ritter $ 148.00 motion passed by all
We need to send one Delegate and Alternate to Vegas in June.
The California Park June 20 Hot summer night and gather 5-8pm 894-1010
5-8pm The cost is $35 for the meal.
The Purple Heart is wanting to start a chapter here in Chico.
The Chico Rice Base Baseball fund raiser is going to be held on Sunday June 3rd 2012 and going to be held here at the hall. The cost is $13 and $8 for veterans American Legion Fund Raiser Pull Pork or Tri Tip

Carlos talked about the Golf Tournament and asked about we needed to have the numbers and how many is playing at the Golf Tournament on Sunday May 20, 2012.
Raffle will be $1 and Raffle Grand prize $1 Moglion $5 White
The Final prayer was given by Chaplain Robert Berry
The motion to adjourn was given by 1 Carlos Castle 2 Ron Matheson at 8: 12 pm.
The 50/50 was won by won $16 and give back
