I retired in 1995 in Seattle Wa. and chose Tricare Prime for my family health insurance. I move back to my home town of Chico Ca in 2001 for work training (voc-rehab) I had no problems transferring Prime but a few years ago I was informed they had dropped everyone from Prime from Wa. to Oroville Ca. I kept Prime and it's been a nightmare having to go to Oroville to see my PCM and found if I have a emergency I can't go to Enloe, not in network. Tricare is doing more changes and the way I read it, we can't use Prime with out signing a bunch of wavers. Is there someone out there who knows whats-what? I thought using prime was going to pay off in the long run but now I think I waisted a bunch of money.
